Full Time/Direct Hire

  • 20–30% of first-year salary

  • Engagement fee credited toward final placement

  • 90-day replacement guarantee

Contract Talent

  • 20% markup on contractor’s total wages

  • Invoiced monthly for duration of contract

Executive Search

  • 20–30% of first-year salary

  • Retainer $10K–$15K (credited to final fee)

  • Confidential and research-driven process

Employer of Record (EOR)

  • Flat monthly admin fee per employee ($250–$500)

  • Plus wages, taxes, and benefits (pass-through)

Contract-to-Hire

  • 20% markup while on contract

  • Conversion fee applies after 3–6 months (credit from contract period)

Payrolling

  • Flat per-pay-cycle fee ($50–$100)

    or 2–4% of total wages

  • Covers payments, taxes, and filings
