20–30% of first-year salary
Engagement fee credited toward final placement

Contract Talent
20% markup on contractor’s total wages

Retainer $10K–$15K (credited to final fee)

Flat monthly admin fee per employee ($250–$500)
Plus wages, taxes, and benefits (pass-through)

Conversion fee applies after 3–6 months (credit from contract period)
